Cancellation Policy

a non-refundable $10 fee deposit is required at booking to secure the appointment, which is then deducted from the final total. If the client cancels with less than 24 hours' notice, the deposit is forfeited, but if they cancel with sufficient notice, they can either receive a full refund or transfer the deposit to a new appointment.
